Our Ayurvedic 'stress free' tea is a traditional Indian blend of spices. Ayurveda is an ancient holistic form of healing, this traditional blend is said to support the Vata Dosha, but truth be known we simply fell in love with its soothing taste, so much so we wanted to share it.
